I am Henk Binnendijk
I work as a technical data-warehouse/ migration consultant/ architect in the Netherlands. With over 10 years of experiences i would like to share some of these with you on this blog. This blog will thus contain experiences in the field of (technical) datawarehousing and their concepts / methodologies.
There are a lot of theories around datawarehousing (especially modeling the EDW), but i also think that learning from practice can be very valuable too. The main thing then is to share knowledge. I challenge you to add comment and discuss about the topics. The intension of this blog is not only to provide knowledge, but even more to improve the knowledge of the topic datawarehousing.
My strength is to have a clear difference of fact and information in a (enterprise) datawarehouse environment build for the long term. There is no default architecture for every situation.
